Fully remote work from home role, can be based anywhere in Australia. Reporting directly to the National Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:  Preparing and processing fortnightly national payroll, including PAYG, superannuation, and salary packaging  Maintaining accurate payroll reconciliations and prepare superannuation and management reports  Updating and managing employee data across HR and finance systems (ADP Payforce, EMPLive, and Action HRM)  Maintaining rosters, team associations, and attendance records within EMPLive  Preparing and reconciling fortnightly general ledger journals and supporting month-end reporting  Assisting with general payroll queries and escalating anomalies or issues as required Supporting year-end payroll processes, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.  What is in it for you?  Salary benefits: We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for meal and entertainment benefits.  Leave allowances: In addition to your annual leave allowance, you will receive one day paid birthday leave, paid days off during our end of year closure period (if these days fall within your regular working schedule), up to six weeks parental leave and 17.5% annual leave loading.
