Job Summary:

Dab-to-Fab is seeking a talented 3d animator & motion graphics designer to join our creative team. This role requires a designer with strong skills in both animation and motion graphics to create engaging visual content that reflects the brand's commitment to innovation and skincare excellence. You will be responsible for producing 3d animations, videos, social media content, and print materials that embody the brand's aesthetic of gentle power and skin resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and create 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into stunning visuals.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion tests to present concepts and animations.
  • Create realistic 3D product animations, explainer videos, and brand motion graphics .
  • Optimize 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering for high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, 3D animation, and emerging tools .
  • Collaborate on video editing, compositing, and post-production when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 3D Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, typography, and composition .
  • Expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering .
  • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver engaging visual narratives .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on tight deadlines.

Tools & Proficiency:

  • 3D Software: Cinema 4D, Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max
  • Motion Graphics & Compositing: Adobe After Effects
  • Rendering Engines: Redshift, Octane, Arnold
  • Design & Texturing: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Substance Painter
  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
