IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED

Location: Adyar, Chennai

Experience: 1-2 years

Software Knowledge: Excel, CRM , Zoho Books , Power Bi

Data Collection & Management

  • Collaborate with project teams, site supervisors, sales staff, architects, and operational departments to gather accurate data on materials, timelines, costs, designs, vendor performance, and client feedback.
  • Capture data from multiple sources, including project management tools, CRM, ERP systems, spreadsheets, market research, and manual site reports.
  • Ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance with standardized collection protocols.

  • Maintain and update databases to provide timely and reliable information for analysis.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Use analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms) to process, interpret, and visualize collected data.

  • Prepare clear, detailed reports highlighting project performance, cost trends, material usage, timelines, quality benchmarks, and potential risks.

  • Conduct comparative and trend analyses to track progress against budgets, schedules, and KPIs such as sales conversions, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Precast (Predictive) Decision Support

  • Develop forecast models and pre-analysis insights to guide decision-making before key project milestones or procurement activities.

  • Present data-driven recommendations to management for cost optimization, vendor selection, resource allocation, and operations improvement.

  • Identify potential delays, cost overruns, or quality concerns based on data patterns and historical performance.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with department heads, procurement teams, and senior management to align data insights with business objectives.

  • Support strategic planning through data-backed forecasts, market trend analysis, and operational performance reviews.

  • Quality & Compliance Monitoring

  • Ensure all data collection, storage, and analysis adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain high accuracy and integrity in data entry, validation, and reporting to enable trustworthy decision-making.
