Minimum Experience

  • 10-12 years of experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years hand-on experience on Architecting, Engineer, Design & Develop solutions on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) from scratch.
  • Experience in large scale software engineering leveraging native cloud services (PaaS) provided by cloud hyperscalers along with custom product component development.
  • Had prior experience on building scalable software systems leveraging cloud hyperscalers PaaS services, cloud application development.
  • Experience in Cloud based distributed platforms using Microservices, Messaging, RESTful API integrations, API Gateways, connectors etc.
  • Experience of data pipelines and ecosystem on cloud including, Kafka, Azure services (MQ, event grid, IoT Hub, streaming, Data factory, azure security etc).
  • In-depth technical skills in full-stack implementation, cloud native application development.
  • Understanding of DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, Azure Devops.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a SME for cloud technical architecture, Lead the technical architecture and provide technical oversight for the solution roadmap.
  • Define cloud native product solutions, deployment architecture, and design the NFR – scale, resilience, availability on cloud.
  • Technical Solutions for RFP & RFI. Detailed estimations & commercials for the RFPs. Customer proposal defense discussion to explain solution.
  • Gather business requirement for software-based platforms/products, and convert them into a cloud native architecture, with implementation level details.
  • Identify and implement cloud architecture / strategies for customer requirements / large scale software systems.
  • Ability to blueprint and plan complex Cloud Engineering and Data projects.
  • Identify opportunities for new customers – create proactive pitches based on business need and technology.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, deployment pipeline, security controls for microservices based application for cloud platforms.

Technical skills required

  • Prior expertise on one or more of the cloud service providers – AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Proficiency in FullStack software development – Java/.NET core/Python.
  • Experience with large Database systems – SQL and NOSQL.
  • Familiarity with Java / .NET, and related frameworks.
  • Microservices architecture, implementation, and container orchestration, kubernetes, deployment related skills.
  • Cloud Automation, CI/CD pipeline for cloud, and Multi-cloud design patterns is a plus.
  • Understanding on Data ecosystem on cloud including, kafka, Azure services (MQ, event grid, streaming, Data factory, azure security etc).
  • Knowledge on protocols like MQTT or AMQP or IoT protocols.
