Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in South Delhi. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing phone etiquette, maintaining clerical skills, and providing excellent communication and customer service to visitors and staff.

As a
Front Office Receptionist & Administrative Assistant , you will be the first point of contact for our studio, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office while also assisting in key responsibilities as the Chief of Staff, managing calendars, schedules, and aiding in business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting them appropriately.Maintain a clean and organized office.Administrative Support:Assist in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing office supplies, organizing files, and handling correspondence.Act as the Chief of Staff, coordinating and executing tasks to support the CEO and other senior staff members.Manage calendars and schedules for the CEO, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.Business Development and Outreach:Conduct business calls to potential clients, effectively communicating our services and value proposition.Assist in business and brand development efforts, contributing to outreach strategies and initiatives.Uphold excellent communication skills to represent the studio positively in all interactions.
Key Result Areas (KRA):Efficient Office Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the studio by managing front office tasks and providing necessary administrative support.Effective Calendar and Schedule Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars and schedules for the CEO, facilitating efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.Professional Representation: Serve as the face of the studio, delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Business Development Support: Aid in the expansion and growth of the business by actively participating in outreach activities and effectively communicating our brand message to potential clients.
Salary Structure:Fixed Component: 1.8 Lacs to 3 Lacs per annum as per industry norms;Bonus Components: 3 Lacs per annum to 9 Lacs per annum; with Business Development Roles.
