CORE RESPONSIBILITIESJOB DETAILS:

To comply with all the legal and statutory requirement and Timely Submission all the returns under various labour laws.To meet and work with government officials as and when they come to site and also their offices. External interfacing with neighbouring industries and stakeholders as when needed.Responsible for all admin activities.Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.To ensure better security arrangements.To check & audit all securities records at Security Office on daily basis.To organizing sports, cultural and other engagement activities.Maintain Petty cash expense record, Prepare expense requisition in FAS systemPrepare and Maintain monthly revenue and expense provision & furnish it to Corporate Finance on regular interval.To make arrangements accommodation for visitors as well as for new joined.To make transport arrangements at unit & coordination with various functions.To maintain garden & housekeeping.Knowledge of SAP system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

CANDIDATE PROFILEAny Graduate

with 8 to 12 year of experience in Admin and HR activityShould be self-driven, Good listener, Discipline and system oriented, Result oriented, Planning & execution skills. Manpower managing skill, influential, Good communicator.The candidate should be Gujarat domicile and have strong network with the various statutory bodies
