Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, build, and manage existing as well as new clients.
- Sell travel packages to new clients via calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
- Handling customer inquiries in daily basis.
- Lead management and lead handling.
- Preparation of Travel Itineraries / Packages.
- Strategy formulation for targeting new markets for prospective business generation.
- Product development and marketing of new products, such as Holiday packages.
- Contracting with Hotels and resorts.
- Vendor and supplier management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program.
- Responsible for managing and handling company CRM and database.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
- Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field

Basic Pay -
Rs. 18000/- to Rs. 23000/- per month + Incentive
*Negotiable for candidates having 5-7 years of relevant experience in Travel Agencies (Proven Track Records).
