As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations, compliance with regulations, and the integrity of financial reporting. You will work closely with various departments to identify risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential financial or operational risk within the organization.
  • Audit Planning: Develop and execute audit plans based on risk assessments, focusing on financial processes, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Field Audits: Perform on-site audits at various restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to detect anomalies or inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports that outline findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work with management and staff across departments to promote best practices and facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all restaurant operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, and recommend enhancements to the internal audit process.


Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the QSR or food service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
