Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Consultant with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Oracle Fusion, having completed at least two Fusion implementations. This role involves working on complex Oracle Fusion projects, providing expert guidance, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Fusion Implementation :

- Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion implementation projects.

- Ensure successful deployment of Oracle Fusion solutions, meeting client specifications and industry standards.

- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and provide solutions to address business needs.

Configuration and Customization :

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements.

- Develop and implement business processes within the Oracle Fusion environment.

- Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle applications and third-party systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle Fusion solutions.

- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phases.

User Training and Support :

- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion-related issues.

- Implement system enhancements and continuous improvements based on user feedback.

Documentation and Best Practices :

- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

- Adhere to and promote best practices in Oracle Fusion implementation and configuration.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience :

- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion.

- At least two successful Oracle Fusion implementations are mandatory.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions from conception to completion.

Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications.

- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration and customization.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
