At Hexad, we believe in collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering value through technology.Position Overview:We are currently hiring a hands-on experience with SAP Security & Basis Consultant with 4 years of experience. This role involves SAP system monitoring, upgrades, kernel upgrades, and supporting SAP HANA and cloud environments. Should have worked on SAP user administration, handling SAP AUHORIZATION managing roles and responsibilities, and handling across various modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in a solid understanding of compliance, system performance, and authorization concepts.Key Responsibilities:- SAP Security & Authorization- Manage SAP user access, role creation/modification, and authorization troubleshooting across SAP systems.- Perform role design based on business processes, ensuring compliance with SoD (Segregation of Duties) requirements.- Conduct regular risk analysis, mitigation, and compliance checks using SAP GRC or equivalent tools.- Monitor security logs and manage audit findings; implement corrective and preventive actions.- SAP Basis Administration- Perform system monitoring (user sessions, logs, dumps, job scheduling), performance tuning, and system maintenance.- Handle installation, upgrades, kernel patches, and system refresh in SAP NetWeaver environments.- Manage transports, background jobs, and system copies while ensuring SLA compliance.- Collaborate with ABAP and functional teams to ensure smooth integration and security compliance.- SAP HANA & Cloud- Administer SAP HANA database systems, including data provisioning and modeling.- Support cloud-based deployments and hybrid SAP architecture environments.- Documentation & Support- Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, system changes, and access control procedures.- Provide support to internal teams and end-users, including 24/7 support in critical situations.- Conduct security awareness and training sessions for end-users and project teams.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security & Basis administration.- Strong expertise in:- User & Role Administration- Authorization Management- SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Management)- SAP HANA (Administration & Modelling)- SAP Basis (Installation, Configuration, Upgrades, Transport Management, System Monitoring)- Security Testing & Auditing- Solid understanding of SAP functional modules like MM, PP, WM, HR, FI/CO, and their integration with access controls.- Experience working in large-scale environments and providing production support.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional teams.To Apply:Send your updated resume, along with your expected hourly rate to:Additionally, if you happen to know of anyone in your network who may be interested in this opportunity, please feel free to refer them.
