Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and report development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with business users to understand data visualization needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.

- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Power BI and business intelligence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a minimum of 5 years in business intelligence and analytics.

- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and Power Query.

- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

- Experience in designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements :

- Ability to work independently and remotely in an IST time zone.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.

- Open to flexible payment terms.

Contract duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
