Role: TGT English TeacherLocation: Vanki, RajasthanExperience: 2-5 yearsNotice: Max 15 days Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English language instruction aligned with the curriculum for grades 1–5. Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate diverse teaching methodologies, including storytelling, games, and interactive activities. Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback to support learning. Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and confidence in language use. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary learning and school-wide initiatives. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones. Utilize digital tools and classroom resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.)  Proficiency in teaching English at the primary level, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and phonics. 2–5 years of proven experience as a PRT or primary-level English teacher in a recognized school setting. Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiarity with NCERT curriculum and state board syllabi for primary education. Willingness to work in a rural or semi-urban educational setting in Vanki, Rajasthan.
