With real-time animation, WhatsApp/phone integration, and human-like memory & learning, Ayesha Bot is building the future of digital humanoids.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Three.js / WebGL Developer (JavaScript 3D Expert) .You will be responsible for building and optimizing real-time 3D humanoid experiences for the browser using Three.js, WebGL, and modern rendering techniques. The role includes implementing interactive animations, optimizing GPU performance, integrating 3D models (GLB/VRM), and collaborating with our AI, animation, and design teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild interactive and high-performance 3D applications using Three.js and WebGLIntegrate and optimize GLB/GLTF/VRM humanoid modelsImplement real-time animation systems (skeletal, morph targets, blendshapes)Develop lighting, shadows, PBR materials, and effects for realistic visualsWrite clean, modular, and optimized JavaScript codeTroubleshoot performance issues (FPS, GPU load, memory)Collaborate with 3D artists, AI developers, and animatorsEnsure smooth performance across desktop and Android browsersRequired QualificationsStrong expertise in Three.js , WebGL , and JavaScriptSolid understanding of 3D math (vectors, matrices, quaternions)Experience with GLTF/GLB , VRM , animations, and PBR materialsKnowledge of shaders (GLSL) is a big plusExperience with performance optimization in browser-based 3D appsAbility to debug rendering issues and optimize 3D pipelinesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailMust be able to work on-site in GurugramBonus Skills (Optional but great to have)React Three Fiber / React experienceShader programming (GLSL / ShaderMaterial)Experience with Face/Body trackingKnowledge of 3D engines like Babylon.js, Unity, or UnrealExperience with 3D animation workflowsPortfolio RequiredApplicants must include at least one of the following:Portfolio linkGitHub with WebGL/Three.js projectsGLTF/VRM demosPersonal website with 3D workHow to Apply:Send your CV + GitHub/Portfolio links + sample projects to Subject line: “ Application: Three.js / WebGL Developer (JavaScript 3D Expert) – (Your Name) ”
