About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, India. You'll be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, maximizing the effectiveness of our CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platform (Salesloft), and ultimately contributing to driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth for all sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce features and automations to streamline data management and reporting.
  • Design and optimize sales processes and workflows, driving efficiency and productivity for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts through insightful data analysis and reporting.
  • Support sales reps with data, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, ideally with Salesforce certifications (Admin or higher).
  • Familiarity with Salesloft and experience integrating it with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders across all departments.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Passion for technology and its role in driving business efficiency.
