Registered Valuation Entity (RV-E) registered with IBBI for all 3 Asset Classes Largest in terms of No. of Partners with 25 Partners in 16 Cities across India Valuation Experience in Assets of Rs. 48,000+ Crores Partners also registered under the Wealth Tax Act Role Description (Experience: 1+ year(s)) This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Manager Land & Building. The ValuationManager will be responsible for managing and conducting valuations, analyzing market trends, preparing valuation reports, and liaising with clients and other professionals. 1. Preparation of Valuation Reports for Land & Building Assets from Information Received 2. Physical Verification of Land & Building Assets locatedin India 3. Collect Information required for Report Preparation from Team members 3. Candidates with actual Report Making Experience required 4. Ability to understand Documents in English & Fill Report Templates in English Qualifications An understanding of market trends and analysis An ability to prepare accurate valuation reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field or a diploma therein will be preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Experience with relevant software and tools Location Kailash Colony, New Delhi Offered Salary : 35K to 50K PM
