Officer Administration

General Administration Manage security, facilities, office supplies, record keeping, and support management in day-to-day admin operations.
Vehicle Management Oversee company vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, transport arrangements, and maintenance schedules.
Contractor manpower report preparation - Maintain and submit Daily/ Weekly/Monthly manpower deployments reports for management review.
Events & Function Management - Plan and organize company events, welfare activities, and official functions.
Labor Colony Management Supervise labor accommodation, ensure hygiene, utilities, and compliance with labor welfare standards.
Mess/Canteen Management Monitor food quality, hygiene, vendor coordination, and cost control in employee mess.
Occupational Health Centre (OHC) Coordinate with OHC team for employee medical check-ups, health awareness programs, and emergency preparedness.
Medical & Hospital Liaison Maintain tie-ups with local hospitals, ensure timely medical attention in case of emergencies, and facilitate employee health services.
Contractor & Labor Management Support HR in managing contractors, contract workforce, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to company policies, prepare MIS/reports, and support audits related to admin activities.
