Our programs focus on AI Agents, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, and applied automation.Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced AI, Machine Learning, and AI Agent Automation trainers who can deliver high-quality training programs to corporate and institutional audiences. This includes instructor-led workshops, hands-on labs, AI agent development sessions, and productivity automation modules.This is a contract-based role with flexible engagement depending on project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led training sessions (onsite/remote) on AI, ML, Python, and AI Agent automationConduct hands-on workshops using tools such as n8n, LangChain, OpenAI, Azure AI, and similar frameworksTeach both technical and non-technical audiences with clarityGuide participants through exercises, projects, and practical implementationsHandle Q&A sessions and post-training support requirementsWork with the BotCampus AI team to refine curriculum and align with client needsMaintain high engagement and professionalism during corporate/government sessionsBe available for multi-day and multi-batch delivery when requiredRequired Skills and Experience3 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, or AutomationPrior experience delivering corporate or professional trainingStrong skills in Python, Machine Learning fundamentals, and applied AIExperience with AI agent frameworks (n8n, LangChain, LLM APIs) preferredFamiliarity with Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or HuggingFace modelsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to simplify complex topics for mixed audiencesNice-to-Have SkillsCertifications in Azure, AWS, or GCPExperience with ETL, SQL, PySpark, or MLOpsPrior delivery experience for government or enterprise clientsExperience working with L&D teams or consulting environmentsEngagement ModelContract / Part-timeCompensation per day or per sessionTravel and accommodation covered for onsite sessionsOpportunities for multi-month enterprise and government programs
