Role : Data Analyst

Location : Delhi/NCR (Hybrid)

Working days : 5 days a week


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product management team to define product metrics, set and own instrumentation across products
  • Track and analyze key business verticals, identify areas of growth,
  • driving goals for business and product owners
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on user experience and
  • behavior, product and business performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain product and business dashboards and reports
  • to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Assist in prioritization of product features with data driven insights
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to provide clear requirements
  • and specifications for product development
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure product
  • functionality


Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent, preferably in a technical field
  • 2-3 Years of experience in a data specific role (product, business,
  • data analysis)
  • Strong data acumen and analytical skills, with ability to interpret
  • complex data and draw meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (or a similar scripting
  • language); Tools like GA, Mixpanel etc
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to present your analyses in
  • a concise manner, and to drive inter-functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with an ability to work both
  • independently and in a team environment
