About the Role
Join our Digital ERP Center of Excellence (Co E) and play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP CFIN applications to enhance the financial user experience and operational efficiency.
You'll collaborate across finance and IT teams to support end-to-end business processes and help design solutions that are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4 HANA CFIN, MDG/OTC/PTP/FIORI/FSCM App Configuration & Optimization : Support configuration and customization of SAP FIORI apps to meet financial business requirements and ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience.
Data Accuracy & Integration : Ensure financial data in FIORI reflects replicated and reconciled SAP S/4 HANA CFIN, MDG/OTC/PTP/FIORI/FSCM data from source systems; validate consistency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Issue Resolution & Support : Identify, analyze, and resolve issues within FIORI applications, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption to financial workflows.
User Enablement & Documentation : Provide end-user training and develop comprehensive user guides, functional documentation, and knowledge base materials for FIORI usage.
Compliance & Insights : Ensure that FIORI-based solutions adhere to compliance and governance standards; deliver real-time financial reporting and dashboard capabilities.
Collaboration & Ticket Handling : Respond to user tickets, collaborate with business and technical teams to solve functional and technical challenges, and support continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications
3–8 years of total experience in IT/Finance/ERP functions
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA CFIN, MDG/OTC/PTP/FIORI/FSCM modules.
Understanding of S/4 HANA Finance, Controlling, and Asset Management modules
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA CFIN, MDG/OTC/PTP/FIORI/FSCM catalog/groups, UI5 enhancements, and integration with backend systems
Experience working in agile, multicultural, and cross-functional environments
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, preferably in a client-facing or consultancy setting
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Finance , Accounting , or a related field (preferred)
