Job Description:


We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as IAM - SailPoint Developers and Support professionals. As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow platform.


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business needs within the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.


Develop and implement custom SailPoint workflows, connectors, and configurations to integrate with various systems and applications.


Configure and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow platform components, including Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle, Access Request, and Automated Provisioning.


Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityNow implementation, including but not limited to connector failures, workflow errors, and application integrations.


Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and application owners, to ensure successful deployment and operation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.


Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SailPoint IdentityNow platform, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.


Document technical solutions, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and enable effective support and troubleshooting.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


3-9 years of experience in IAM domain with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow platform.


Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementation, configuration, and customization.


Proficiency in developing custom SailPoint workflows using SailPoint IdentityNow APIs, BeanShell, and Groovy scripting.


Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management.


Experience with integration of SailPoint IdentityNow with various systems and applications using connectors, including Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and SaaS applications.


Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.


Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


SailPoint IdentityNow certification(s) preferred.
