Position Title: Programme Coordinator

Location: (chennai, India)

Reports to: Programme Director

Requirements Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Healthcation Programme through various channels.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and social media content.
Organize and participate in outreach activities to attract new participants.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the programme budget.
Ensure cost-effective management of resources and supplies.
Process invoices and track expenses related to the programme.
Act as the primary point of contact for participants, facilitators, and vendors.
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, educators, and activity leaders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
Manage participant registrations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in programme coordination, preferably in health or wellness settings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning.
