Job Title: Marketing Trainee

Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000/month
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels and strategies.
  • Distributor Engagement:
  • Visit and engage with distributors to develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Sales Support:
  • Provide marketing materials and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to gather insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Client Communication:
  • Regularly visit clients and distributors to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and build long-term relationships.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience:
  • Preferred 0-1 year of experience in marketing or sales (freshers are welcome).
  • Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of market research and sales processes.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

  • ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month
