We are looking to hire a Senior Engineer to develop and optimize our enterprise application built in Java, Node, and Angular Platform. You will also collaborate with our front-end application developers, design back-end components, and integrate data storage and protection solutions.


To make sure you are successful in this role, you should have extensive experience with Node. Js-based services and experience in a similar role. An accomplished back-end engineer will be someone whose expertise results in the stable, fast, and secure exchange of data between servers and end-users. As a member of the team, you will be exposed to product design & development that helps MeasureOne expand its core offerings to its global audience.


What you’ll be doing


You will work on building high-impact products that cater to businesses across verticals. Our software engineers are responsible for all aspects of development, from understanding requirements, writing stories, and analyzing the technical approach to development, unit testing, and fixes. You will implement new features, resolve bugs, and enhance code quality and performance. You will use best practices and design patterns to write maintainable and bug-free code that our end users love.


Skills you need in order to succeed in this role


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
  • 4+ years of exposure working as a Node.js engineer and unit testing on Node.JS.
  • Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3, and Javascript would be an advantage.
  • Expert at object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects, with complex and challenging software requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts
  • Exposure to automated testing tools such as Puppeteer & Jasmine
  • Expertise with web architecture, providing design and development recommendations and optimizing existing infrastructure
  • API development exposure, Security design exposure, Exposure to DevOps, Angular5+, GoLang, Java/J2EE
  • Experience working in a lean environment with extreme programming & agile methodologies, continuous integration & deployment environment.
  • Working knowledge of server configuration / deployment infrastructure
