We are a UK-based company that matches the finest remote talent with startups in the UK, Europe and Australia. As part of this, we find and interview remote talent worldwide and introduce them to businesses. We work with start-ups and agencies in various segments; some of our current customers specialise in marketing, mental health and fintech.


Role type: Fully remote (UK hours)


Salary range: ₹10L - ₹15L per year


What you'll do:


  • Implement, optimise and manage marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Conduct experiments: Design, run and report on A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  • Data management, review and cleansing.
  • Support the Account team by collaborating with clients and their sales team to ensure alignment between marketing automation activities and sales objectives & enablement.
  • Train and support team members on best practices for using marketing automation tools.
  • Update web pages, create website landing pages using CMS such as WordPress, and optimise landing pages and user funnels.
  • Stay ahead of MarTech & AI trends and developments and proactively identify use cases for testing with current or new tools.


Key requirements:


  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation best practices and tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua and similar platforms).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot and similar platforms)
  • Experience in implementing web tracking technologies (e.g. Hotjar)
  • A good understanding of (and active interest in) the technology and the consultancy space.
  • Experience working in an agency or consulting environment.
  • You’re a self-starter, keen to learn about the latest MarTech, predictive, intent, and AI tools and how they can be used effectively and proactively to improve our client's work.
