We are looking for an OSP Technician - Splicing with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As an OSP Technician, you will be responsible for splicing and maintaining optical fiber networks. This is a full-time position based in TVM, Trissur, Calicut, Kannur, Ernakulam.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience as an OSP TechnicianStrong knowledge of splicing techniques and optical fiber technologyExperience in working with fiber optic networksGood understanding of telecom equipment and broadband servicesAbility to work in a team and collaborate effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Splice optical fiber cables and maintain fiber optic networksPerform fiber optic testing and troubleshootingInstall and upgrade telecom equipment as requiredCoordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of projectsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentDocument and report work progress and issues
