Your role in the Team

The team currently works towards delivering seamless experiences to the clients with their financial information. It would be expected to design and implement reusable and modular components, ensuring they are optimized for performance and maintainability. Work closely with the team towards ensuring smooth operation and an excellent user experience.

What you’ll do

- Develop and Maintain: Build, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using and related technologies.

- Component Design: Design and implement reusable and modular components, ensuring they are optimized for performance and maintainability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality across the team.

- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, including load time, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Testing: Develop unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness of the application. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme is a plus.

- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies, particularly React and its ecosystem.

- Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and RESTful APIs.

- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues across the full stack, ensuring smooth operation and an excellent user experience.

What you’ll need for this role

- Experience: + years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on

- Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Frameworks and Libraries: Deep understanding of and its core principles, along with experience in popular state management libraries (, Redux, MobX).

- Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS is a plus.

- Build Tools: Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.

- Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration within a team.

- APIs: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.

- UI/UX: Strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.
