Supply Chain Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage the end-to-end movement of goods, from order placement to final delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of import and export operations (Ex-Works to Door) , compliance and documentation , and efficient coordination across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have experience managing logistics, inventory, and order processes in a fast-paced manufacturing or trading environment.What You’ll Do Manage import and export operations from Ex-Works to final delivery, ensuring timely and compliant shipmentsHandle order management – processing customer orders, coordinating dispatch, and tracking fulfillmentMaintain CHA , compliance and documentation related to customs, shipping, and trade regulationsCoordinate logistics activities including freight forwarding , and delivery schedulesManage data and reporting – track shipment timelines, logistics costs, and performance KPIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams – procurement, production, finance, – to ensure operational efficiencyEnsure logistics cost savings year on year basisIdentify process improvement opportunities in the supply chain and implement best practicesWho You Are Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Engineering2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operationsStrong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), customs clearance, and shipment documentationSkilled in order management systems, ERP tools, and Excel-based reportingExcellent coordination and communication skills for working across departments and external partnersAnalytical cal, detail-oriented, and organized, with a focus on process improvementLocation: Mumbai, Maharashtra
