What we are looking for :

CLOUDSUFI is seeking a skilled NetSuite Technical & Functional Consultant with a passion for delivering tailored solutions and optimizing business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customizing NetSuite, including both technical and functional aspects.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collaborate with the business teams to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement customized & scalable solutions within the NetSuite platform.
  • Customize NetSuite modules, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on NetSuite best practices.
  • Perform system configurations, data migration, and integration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite implementations.
  • Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Provide training and support to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption, etc. as needed.
  • Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support
  • Developing, documenting and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy - ability to transform end- user needs into technical and functional requirements
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) working with NetSuite, including customization, administration, and development.
  • Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics preferred
  • Experience editing financial reports and deep experience with NetSuite financials would be preferred
  • Past experience with NetSuite financials, logistics and inventory management, warehousing is required.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, workflows, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • NetSuite certifications are preferred but not required.
