About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Analysis-Conduct detailed cost analysis of raw materials, chemicals, utilities, labour, and overheads.- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.- Budgeting -Prepare and manage cost budgets for production, raw materials, other direct costs, and overheads.- Cost Control -Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to budgets.- Investigate and address cost variances.- Reporting: Prepare and present regular cost reports to management.- Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.- Raw Material Management: Analyse and optimize raw material costs. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

CMA , Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in costing, accounting, or finance in the manufacturing / process industry- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proficient in cost accounting software, Microsoft Office & SAP- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
