Prosthodontist

Position Summary: Gelos Dentistry seeks an experienced Prosthodontist to deliver comprehensive restorative and rehabilitative dental care within our advanced digital practice environment.

This Senior Clinical position requires expertise in complex prosthodontic procedures, digital workflow integration, and collaborative patient care. Success in this role involves achieving exceptional treatment outcomes, maintaining high patient satisfaction scores, and contributing to the practice's reputation for clinical excellence.

The Prosthodontist will serve as a key specialist within our multidisciplinary team, working alongside endodontists, orthodontists, and general practitioners to provide comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive prosthodontic treatment protocols for complex rehabilitation cases.
• Perform advanced crown and bridge procedures utilising digital impression systems and CBCT imaging.
• Collaborate with specialists to develop integrated treatment plans for full-mouth rehabilitation patients.
• Participate in case presentations and interdisciplinary treatment planning sessions.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and maintain sterile clinical environments.
• Stay current with advances in prosthodontic materials, techniques, and digital technologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in Punjab, India

Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of clinical prosthodontic experience preferred
• Demonstrated competency in complex restorative procedures
• Experience with digital dentistry workflows and CAD/CAM systems preferred

Skills:

• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic capabilities
• Proficiency in digital impression techniques and CBCT interpretation
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented approach to treatment planning and execution
• Commitment to continuing professional education

Certifications:

• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Additional prosthodontic or implant certifications advantageous

Position Details:

• Part-time schedule: 4 clinical days per week.
• Fair Compensation with possible revenue sharing on procedures.
• Professional development allowance given annually.
• Regular salary increments following performance review meetings held every three months.
