  • Make outbound calls to potential patients to explain clinic services (Hair Transplant, Skin, and Cosmetic Treatments).
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism, addressing queries and providing accurate information.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
  • Maintain patient data, update call logs, and track inquiries in CRM/software.
  • Follow up with leads from social media, online campaigns, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Provide information on pricing, treatment options, and ongoing offers (without medical commitments).
  • Build patient confidence by ensuring polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion and appointment bookings.
