Role Description This is a full-time on-site remote role for a DevOps Engineer located in Indore. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for AWS cloud Infrastructure of medium-size, managing infrastructure as code (IaC), automating deployment pipelines using GitHub, implementing continuous integration workflows, administering systems, and monitoring. The role involves supporting development teams to ensure smooth application delivery and system performance while contributing to process improvements. Core Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage medium-sized AWS environments using a "security-first" mindset. Automation & IaC: Eliminate manual toil by developing and maintaining infrastructure templates using Terraform or AWS CDK . CI/CD Orchestration: Manage and optimize deployment workflows using GitHub Enterprise , ensuring seamless code-to-cloud transitions. Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor IAM policies, VPC security groups, and encryption standards to maintain a hardened cloud posture. Scripting & Tooling: Build internal tools and automation scripts using Python to streamline operational tasks and integrate third-party services. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical consultant for product and engineering teams, explaining complex infrastructure trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
