We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Junior Executive Administration (Male) to join our dynamic team.

  • Oversee daily hospital operations with a focus on patient care, service quality, and process compliance.
  • Lead, manage, and supervise operational teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in execution of tasks.
  • Ensure hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations are followed at all times.
  • Handle branch revenue, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet operational goals.
  • Act as a bridge between patients, medical staff, and management.
  • Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Prepare and submit operational performance reports to management.
  • Monitor cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality healthcare services.
  • Support financial audits and ensure timely reporting.
  • Support implementation of quality standards, accreditation requirements, and statutory compliance.
  • Lead change management initiatives to integrate new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage continuous professional development.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of healthcare services by coordinating with doctors, nurses, and support staff.
  • Implement and monitor best practices to improve hospital service delivery.

Education: UG or PG

Experience: 0 to 2years (Healthcare experience)

Salary: 15K to 20K

Gender: MALE

Immediate joiner Preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
