Lead Backend Developer (Java, Spring Boot,Microservices)

Location: Kochi ,Infopark Phase 2 | Experience: 6+ Years

Are you a backend expert who leads by example and thrives in fast-paced environments? We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer who combines strong hands-on coding skills with the ability to guide teams and deliver high-quality software at scale.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in backend development using Java Spring Boot
  • Solid experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API Gateway
  • Expertise in authentication (JWT, OAuth, SSO) and implementation of security best practices
  • Proficient in message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization skills

You Should Also Possess:

  • Strong hands-on coding experience in senior roles — leading from the front and guiding the team across architecture, development, and delivery
  • Proven experience in team mentoring, task delegation, and driving engineering excellence at the team level
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where quick turnarounds, continuous integration, and agile decision-making are key to success
