IT Executive

• Strong understanding of IT hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise software.
• Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with ticketing systems, asset management tools, and cloud-based platforms (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Daily IT Operations Management
• Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks, and applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Firefighting & Troubleshooting
• Respond swiftly to IT emergencies, outages, or security breaches.
• Diagnose and resolve software/hardware faults and user issues.
• Procurement & Asset Management
• Plan, evaluate, and procure IT hardware and software based on organizational needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and licenses.
