The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a thorough understanding of architectural detailing, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines. This role calls for a professional who can bring precision, collaboration, and design sensitivity to every stage of the project.Job DescriptionLead Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination to develop comprehensive GFC drawingsPrepare detailed working drawings, technical documentation, and design deliverablesCoordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport project execution through regular site visits and on-site coordinationDesired Profile of the CandidateDegree in Architecture from a reputed institution5–7 years of relevant professional experiencePrior experience in conservation projects is preferredStrong coordination and communication skillsHands-on knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordinationFamiliarity with architectural specifications, documentation, and standard industry practicesKnowledge of international codes and systems is an added advantageProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software skills are a plusGood site experience is desirableCompensationCompetitive and commensurate with experience.Send your CV and portfolio to:
