About Our Client
Our client is a Seed-funded startup providing a cutting-edge cloud storage management platform for DevOps professionals. By harnessing data science, workflow automation, and seamless system integrations, the platform empowers organizations to monitor usage, optimize costs, and realize substantial savings by paying based on actual usage across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Solve intricate technical issues to enable customers to concentrate on their core business activities, which involves devising strategies for integrating the product into customers' cloud infrastructure.Lead or participate in in-depth technical solution discussions with customer teams.Conduct product and technical presentations to potential clients.Demonstrate a profound comprehension of end-to-end customer operations, acting as a consultant to identify crucial business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.Develop long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer business operations through data management tools and services, ensuring continuous value delivery to customers.Engage in educational activities such as sharing best practices, presenting at events, crafting white papers and blogs, and conducting workshops to contribute to industry knowledge and leadership.
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate would have:Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing and operating solutions based on cloud technology.Proficiency in any Public Cloud Platform (AWS/ Azure/ GCP), including its relevant technologies for building, deploying, automating, networking, and ensuring security in cloud environments.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.Track record of working in customer-facing roles with high engagement.Effective interpersonal communication and customer service skills for collaboration with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to achieve performance objectives.Demonstrated capability to quickly grasp new technologies and apply them in customer-facing scenarios.Willingness to travel to prospective customer sites and locations as required.Possession of public cloud certifications would be advantageous.Previous experience in the storage domain would be beneficial.
