Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled
React + Java Developer
with 5+ years of experience to join our Pune (Kharadi) office. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, integrating front-end and back-end functionalities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and dynamic front-end applications using

  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using
    Java/Spring Boot

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide technical guidance when required.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Maintain code quality, security, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    5+ years in full-stack development with strong
    and
    Java/Spring Boot
    experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    RESTful APIs
    , asynchronous programming, and web services.
  • Proficient in
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks
    .
  • Experience with
    state management tools
    like Redux or Context API.
  • Knowledge of
    database systems
    (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with
    version control systems
    like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with
    unit testing
    frameworks for both frontend and backend.
