Then join us at Project Kuiper.Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.We are looking for a talented India Partnerships Lead to help devise the strategy and initiatives to promote growth and penetration of Kuiper services across India. The role will work closely with the product team and be jointly responsible for making Kuiper the most loved broadband service in India. Specifically, this role will focus on developing opportunities that provide strategic advantage to our product portfolio. The successful candidate will obsess on identifying opportunities to delight our customers and identify mutually beneficial opportunities of growth with our partners.The successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrixed organization and be adept at understanding how business and residential customers use broadband in India. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technologically savvy with a proven track record of leading new partnership initiatives, ideally in consumer related products or services. You will be responsible for negotiating contract terms and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will partner with legal, tax and regulatory teams to implement our partnership plans for India. You will onboard our partners and make them successful. Knowledge of the telecommunications sector would be an advantage. This is a high visibility role with frequent opportunities to interact with and present to leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving strategy while operationalizing that vision.Project Kuiper’s success requires leaders who are owners, and who possess the entrepreneurial spirit needed to create new products and services. Partner with Product to develop compelling consumer and strategic partner propositions that accelerate customer adoption2. Engage and partner with Amazon enterprise orgs, channels, and end customers to develop strong One Amazon service offerings3. Manage 1P and 3P partnership opportunities end-to-end. Identify, negotiate commercial frameworks, evolve required tech capabilities and go to market with such partners4. Manage cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, and senior management to gain support, approvals, and to execute on the opportunities.5. Establish key partnership performance metrics, define business requirements for partnership tools/systems, implement tracking and reporting mechanisms, and continuously optimize performance metrics.6. Deliver comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data, and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders.About the teamWe are a small global team of smart and highly motivated Amazonians - ready to do whatever it takes to launch Kuiper services globally. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience thinking and working creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within a partner ecosystem- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions- MBA

- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
