We Are Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer (Immediate Joiners Only) Experience: 3–4 years Working Model: Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who is strong in design fundamentals and highly proficient in AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate will manage design projects, collaborate with a fast-paced creative and marketing team, and deliver high-quality visual content across digital, print, and packaging. Key Responsibilities (Folks, please read this carefully) - Create visually compelling graphics for websites, ads, social  media, product packaging, and print materials. - Develop design assets using AI tools for image creation, enhancement, and styling. - Build branding assets including logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to produce cohesive and on-brand visuals. - Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content. - Use video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) to create simple motion graphics or basic edits when required. -  Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies to improve design processes. - Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently. What We’re Looking For - Minimum 3 years of experience in a design or digital agency. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Experience with video editing software (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro). - High proficiency in AI design tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication. - A portfolio showcasing design work and AI-generated creative projects. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
