Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product roadmap, with a focus on leveraging Python and related frameworks to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent project management skills, and a passion for building cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the product development process from ideation to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Define and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in a product management role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from concept to delivery.
• Extensive experience with Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
