Planning and executing the commercial framework and proposal for any new RFP for potential/existing clientsResponsible for implementing pricing strategy in line with overall organizational strategyFormulate and implement effective pricing strategies to enhance profitability and competitiveness in the market and tracking the deal profitabilityParticipating contract negotiations with the clientResponsible for analyzing existing pricing and suggesting process improvements to keep cost under controlActive interaction and reviews with solutions, IT, transition and Sr. leadershipEnsure compliance to pricing standardsCarrying Cost Benefit Analysis of key initiativesDevelop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiative

FP&A (Account Profitability Analysis).Planning, forecasting, monitoring and tracking long and short range plansPreparation of budgets, financial forecasts, operating plans and modeling toolsAnalysis of financials and tracking the same against the Budget and ForecastMonthly review of the PnL and Business performance with leaders.Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and strategies to support the company's growth objectivesInteract with Customer SPOC for finance related queries.Track Operational metrics and work with Business on improvement areas.Maintain tracker of all new clients.
