We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Vice President of Accounts to join our esteemed team at iEnergizer. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will spearhead the strategic management of our accounting functions, driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Management: Develop and execute strategic plans for the accounting department in alignment with iEnergizer's overall objectives and financial goals.2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections and analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation.4. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.5. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements, coordinating with external tax advisors and authorities as necessary to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize risks.6. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, leveraging technology and best practices.8. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development.9. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management, board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders, building trust and confidence in the accounting function.10. Audit Management: Manage the annual financial audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit requirements with minimal disruptions to business operations.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA preferred.2. Proven track record of at least 15 years in senior accounting leadership roles, with experience in a publicly traded company preferred.3. Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to apply complex accounting principles in practical scenarios.4. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights and recommendations.6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, board members, auditors, and other stakeholders.7. Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.9. Integrity, ethics, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and corporate governance.10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
