Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Enterprise Account Executive who has a knack in generating new business (new logo acquisition) for Freshworks.

They should have a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing and on-boarding clients with polished presentation skills. This person must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering results against a quota. This individual will provide the best sales experience possible for our customers.Responsibilities:You’ll become the resident expert on the Freshworks platform and will sell new customers our cloud-based softwareDrive new logo acquisitions to meet or exceed revenue targetsDemonstrating / selling value to key stakeholders within the accountsBuild a plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accountsCreate & articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders also work in

alignment with inside stakeholders namely AE's, Customer Success, Implementations,

Billing, Support, deals teams etc.Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholdersCollaborate with and lead a larger cross functional team to the closure of large complex dealsDemonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value based sellingExceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basisBuild strategies and execute on the plan in the assigned territory with the goal of generating and maintaining 4x pipelineAnalyse sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategyAssist customers in identifying industry relevant use cases and educate customers to make a

strong business impactDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsEnsuring satisfaction within your accounts

QualificationsExperience selling to VP or C level executives in companies10+ years of overall experience in sales. 6+ years of SAAS sales experience/solution based selling experienceExperience in driving new logo acquisitions (hunting role)Track record of success selling into Mid Market and Enterprise companies with 2,000-5,000 employeesExperience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniquesConsultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business cases and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills.Proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota achievementThorough understanding/experience in related technology in the CRM/EX/CX spaceWillingness to travel to customer sites as directed by sales managementSkilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processesStrong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to othersVibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things doneBachelor’s Degree/Master’s degree preferred
