Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design calculations of heater / Structures / Pressure parts / Piping as per ASME Codes
  • Development of Process/Industrial Heaters and complete packages for the customer
  • Design, Development and testing of the Flameproof enclosures
  • Participate in technical meetings and technical clarification with customer & Supplier
  • Review of sub vendor drawings and design
  • Knowledge of fatigue analysis (FEA)
  • Participate in technical meetings and technical clarification with customer & Supplier
  • Must be able to provide support in pre bid engineering
  • Preparation of drawings for Pre-order and Post-order stage
  • Preparation of technical offer for Heater Bundle & Pressure Vessel
  • Candidate would be responsible for Design of the Electric Heater Bundle
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Design Calculation using PVElite.
  • Review of production drawings post-approval
  • Preparation/Review of drawings and calculations for ASME U-Stamp Pressure Vessels using ASME 2021 Edition Code
  • Knowledge of manual Calculation using ASME Section VIII and Section II Part D
  • Preparation of Technical Delivery Condition (Purchase Order Specification) of materials considering ASME Section II Part A & B for jobs
  • Providing necessary support to Production Team
  • Preparation of BOM & Supervision of drafting works
  • Reporting of progress (Project Management)
  • Planning activities as per project timelines and customer delivery dates
  • Any other activity required to ensure job completion in time and as per client requirement and departmental requirements
