Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive with a robust track record in sales and a profound understanding of the IT market. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance our market presence, generate new business opportunities, and achieve substantial revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and sales forecasting reports to the management team.
- Lead initiatives to drive business and increase market share.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of successful previous experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or in a similar role in the IT industry.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep digital literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
