Key Responsibilities- Architecture & Design- Define end-to-end architecture for Adobe Commerce (Magento), CMS platforms, and digital applications.- Design solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security for websites, mobile apps, and Whats App integrations.- Architect single sign-on (SSO), registration, login, and OTP-based authentication systems.- Develop APIs and integration patterns for third-party systems (CRM, ERP, Payment Gateways, Marketing Automation, etc.).- Commerce & CMS- Lead architecture of Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), including product catalog, order management, and checkout workflows.- Integrate with Content Management Systems (CMS) for seamless content-commerce experiences.- Enable personalization and recommendation engines.- Integrations & APIs- Define API-first strategy and integration best practices.- Architect integrations with payment gateways, loyalty platforms, shipping providers, and external systems.- Oversee middleware / i Paa S solutions for enterprise-grade integrations.- Analytics & Insights- Design integration with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and CDP platforms.- Establish data pipelines for user journey tracking across web, app, and Whats App.- Define KPIs and dashboards for monitoring system and business performance.- Security & Compliance- Implement secure authentication flows (SSO, OAuth2, OTP, biometrics).- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS (for payments), GDPR, and data privacy laws.- Omni-Channel Engagement- Architect integrations with Whats App Business API for notifications, order updates, and support.- Enable mobile-first and responsive architecture for i OS, Android, and PWA apps.- Support cross-channel customer journeys (web, app, Whats App, and in-store).- Governance & Leadership- Provide technical leadership to developers and integration engineers.- Review solution designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices.- Act as the primary technical contact for vendors and system integrators.Required Skills & Experience- Core Expertise- Strong knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) and enterprise CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, Word Press, or headless CMS).- Proven experience in solution architecture and system integration.- Hands-on with REST, Graph QL, and microservices-based design.- Integration & Payment- Deep experience integrating with payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI etc.).- Knowledge of third-party APIs (CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.).- Experience with middleware/i Paa S tools.- Analytics- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, CDP, and Tag Management Systems.- Strong understanding of data architecture for customer journey tracking.- Authentication & Security- Experience with OAuth2, SAML, JWT, SSO, OTP, and multi-factor authentication.- Understanding of security standards: PCI-DSS, GDPR, OWASP Top 10.- Mobile & Omni-Channel- Architecture experience for native i OS/Android apps, hybrid apps, and PWAs.- Knowledge of Whats App Business API, push notifications, chatbots.- Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and system design thinking.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor collaborations.- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
