Your Role Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Lakeside Sys Track across enterprise environments. Collaborate with infrastructure, EUC, and ITSM teams to ensure seamless integration with tools like Service Now, Jira, and SCCM. Customize sensors, alarms, and dashboards to monitor system health and user experience. Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Power Shell) for deployment and reporting. Support compliance audits, software asset management, and performance tuning. Provide SME-level support during implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Train internal teams and stakeholders on Sys Track usage and best practices. Your Profile 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or EUC, with 8+ years of hands-on Sys Track experience (deployment, administration, operations). Strong understanding of desktop virtualization (AVD, Citrix, VMware), Active Directory, and network dependencies. Proficient in Power Shell scripting, basic SQL, and dashboard/report creation. Familiarity with ITSM tools (Service Now, Jira) and compliance frameworks. Preferred: Lakeside Certified Sys Track Administrator, ITIL v4, Azure Fundamentals.
