Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, showcasing a mastery of space planning, conceptual development, and detailed design execution. You will lead projects from initial concept through to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and MS-Office, is required. Requirements Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring the client's vision is realized while maintaining design excellence. Client Engagement: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and project goals. Present design concepts and communicate effectively to align expectations. Space Planning: Develop floor plans, layouts, and furniture placements that optimize space and functionality while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Conceptual Development: Generate innovative design solutions that reflect the client's style and project objectives. Design Documentation: Produce accurate technical drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. 3D Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs using Google SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape to present design concepts to clients. Project Management: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Material Selection: Source and specify finishes, materials, and furniture that align with the design vision, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Documentation & Reports: Use MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare project reports, client presentations, and design documentation.
