We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Agency Channel. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key business metrics, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The role involves building and leading high-performing teams, developing Agency, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a business plan covering:HNI prospectingRegular business activities (LA base, Activation, Case Rate, Case Size, etc.)Monitor and validate performance of SMs/RDMs and coach ABMs/BRDMs for skill improvementReview and guide SM/RDM target setting and performance based on conversion ratiosConduct random audits for Advisor selection and ensure recruitment qualityMaintain strong business health parameters (Persistency, Product Mix, Claims, etc.) and drive corrective measuresTeam StructureManage 3–5 Assistant Branch Managers (ABM) / Branch Recruitment Development Managers (BRDM)Each ABM/BRDM leads a team of 8–10 Sales Managers / Recruitment & Development ManagersQualificationGraduate (minimum); Postgraduate preferred.Key SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.Strong planning, execution, and presentation skills.CTC : Up to 12 LPA (Depends on your last ctc & interview review)For more information:Komal B./ HR TeamPhone/WhatsApp:
